JoMarie's Dot Com
These days I'm picky about the clients and design projects I take on. Over the past two years, I've developed a web building tool that is the basis for most of my current work.

My Web Builder is a browser-based site builder. Using a lot of cool technology, the goal was to make the best site builder out there. It had to be:

  • Easy to use

  • Attractive

  • Flexible

  • Search Engine Ready

  • EASY TO USE

The end result is awesome. All our clients using the latest version have been blown away. Beta-testing is finishing up now, email me for more information.

Who the heck is JoMarie?

What a question? Who AM I? Right now I'm a crazed middle aged web developer balancing cool projects and an over-active family.

My design firm, Crucible Designs has been creating superb websites since 1997. My designs are known for being clean, easy to use and search engine friendly.

In 1999 I opened Alaska Alternatives web hosting to support my design clients needs. Morphed over the years into AKalt.net we now specialize in Windows hosting with support for ASP.net and ColdFusion.

In the mean-time, my husband Bill and I are raising a pack of indigo children, a dog, 3 cats and a turtle. Two of our grandchildren live next door. We have more computers than people.

We're news junkies with lots of opinions. We read, play guitar, garden and talk about doing home repair projects. We love to travel.

We've got tragedy and comedy as our daily fare. I'll be sharing the struggles on another website soon. Sometimes you have to talk about what you've learned or it is for naught.

So who the heck is JoMarie? A gal with more creativity than time. A woman with enough on her plate. A dreamer. A doer. An optimist. A cynic. A mom late to pick up her kids ...

"D'you call life a bad job? Never! We've had our ups and downs, we've had our struggles, we've always been poor, but it's been worth it, ay, worth it a hundred times I say when I look round at my children."
W. Somerset Maugham (1874 - 1965), 'Of Human Bondage', 1915
